How it began

Starcargo CIA Ltda, headquartered in Guayaquil, Ecuador, was founded on April 8, 2011. Operating in the Support Activities for Rail Transportation industry, the company had 58 employees as of 2021. It has experienced financial fluctuations, including a net sales revenue drop of 3.54% in Q2C2023​

Challenge

Starcargo faced a common challenge: its branding failed to effectively convey its core message. The company prides itself on utilizing cutting-edge IT systems to deliver superior technological solutions for logistics. Recognizing this, we at Agile Design Studio embarked on a comprehensive exploration of the latest design trends. Our goal was to fully understand and encapsulate the essence of what Starcargo aims to communicate, ensuring that its branding accurately reflects its commitment to providing the best logistical solutions for its clients.

Solution

We developed a comprehensive design solution that encompassed a wide range of deliverables, including printed and point-of-purchase materials, stationery, a brand book, and more. This suite of materials was crafted to showcase the brand's revamped style, grounded in its core elements, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand presentation.

For the brand book, we meticulously outlined the brand's identity, capturing its essence and guiding principles. This vital document serves as a comprehensive manual, detailing the visual and communicative standards to ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials. It encapsulates the brand's revamped style from its foundational elements, offering a clear, cohesive blueprint for presenting the brand's narrative and values.

We designed a stationery suite that reflects the brand's new look, combining functionality with a representation of the brand's identity. Each element, from business cards to letterheads, is crafted to project the brand's values and ensure a consistent, professional image in all interactions.

For the POP (Point of Purchase) materials, we designed an engaging collection that highlights the brand's unique attributes at the critical moment of purchase. These materials are not only eye-catching but are also strategically developed to enhance the shopping experience, reinforcing the brand's presence and values right at the point where buying decisions are made. This approach ensures that the brand's message is clearly communicated, encouraging positive customer interaction and engagement.

For the social media video editing, specifically reels, we produced dynamic, engaging content that aligns with the brand's visual narrative. These videos are crafted to captivate and engage the audience, utilizing the brand's identity to create memorable and shareable moments. Through creative storytelling and strategic editing, these reels aim to increase brand visibility and interaction on social media platforms.
